Problems with a download

To help us sort it out quickly, please include:

• your order number, which is in your order confirmation email
• the email address you used when you placed the order
• the product or file concerned
• what happens when you try, for example an error message, and the device you are using

If a download link has stopped working or you have lost it, we will resend it. You may also find the answer in How downloads work or the FAQ.
