PDF files to download. Every product is a digital download: nothing is printed or posted to you. The packs and the upgrade come as one ZIP file containing the PDFs.

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). You pay through Shopify's checkout, which our payment providers handle, by card or with a digital wallet where available. We never see your full card details.

Because the files are available to download straight away. UK consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase, but for digital content that right ends once the download is available, provided you asked for immediate access and acknowledged this before paying. The box records both: "I want immediate access to the digital content and I understand that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download is available." Your statutory rights still apply if a file is faulty or not as described.

Immediately after payment, the links appear on your order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. If the email has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder. Our How downloads work page takes you through it step by step.

Yes. The PDFs are A4 with fonts embedded and open on any phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader. A computer is the easiest way to unzip the larger packs, but phones and tablets can unzip them too.

On a Windows computer, right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click it. On an iPhone or iPad, tap it in the Files app. On Android, open it in your Files app and choose Extract. There are fuller instructions on How downloads work.

Yes. All the files are A4. In your print settings, choose A4 paper and "Actual size" (or 100% scale) so the pages print at the size they were designed for. You can print just the pages you need.

Email support@businessstepbystep.co.uk with your order number and we will resend it. Once you have the files, save them to your device and keep a backup.

No. Every PDF is "Licensed for the personal use of the purchaser; not to be copied, shared or resold." Please do not forward the files or put them on a shared drive. Colleagues who want to use them need their own copy. The one exception is the workbook templates, which the next answer covers.

Yes. The workbooks additionally allow you to photocopy the templates for your own use and within your own organisation. The rest of the workbook, and all the other products, are for your personal use only.

No. Because you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is available, we cannot refund a change of mind. If for any reason your download has not yet been made available, contact us and you can still cancel. Our refund policy has the details.

Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will repair or replace the file, and if that is not possible, we will refund you. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Rights Act and is not affected by the consent box.

No. Every PDF is for general educational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Where a subject touches on laws, tax or employment rules, check the current position at gov.uk, ACAS or with a suitably qualified professional.

The Business Library contains the 55 ebooks, including 10 playbooks and The Executive Leadership Trilogy, for £109. The Ultimate Business Bundle contains all 73 products, adding 7 checklists, the KPI Toolkit and 10 workbooks, for £147. They are worth £1,437 and £2,047 respectively if bought separately, which is the total of the individual prices.

Yes. Your Business Library order confirmation includes a link to an upgrade that adds the 7 checklists, the KPI Toolkit and the 10 workbooks for £38. £109 plus £38 is £147, the same as buying The Ultimate Business Bundle in one go. The upgrade does not include the 55 ebooks again. If you cannot find the link, email us with your order number.
